Overview: This website is operated by Altira US LLC ("Pétale," "we," "us"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products: Pétale curates and resells authentic beauty products by Yves Rocher. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; colors and packaging may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and discontinue any product.
Pricing and payment: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout; by placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Discount codes and promotions: Offers cannot be combined unless stated. Welcome and promotional codes are single-use per customer and may carry minimum-spend requirements. We may modify or end promotions at any time.
Rewards and store credit: Any Pétale credit or rewards earned are promotional, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued.
Returns: Governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property: Site content (text, design, logos) is owned by or licensed to Pétale. Yves Rocher and related marks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce site content without permission.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pétale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Always read product labels and patch-test cosmetics; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
