Shipping Policy

 

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

 

Shipping rates:

Standard: $8, and free on orders over $89. Estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days.

Express: $15. Estimated delivery 1 to 2 business days.

 

Delivery estimates are calculated after processing and are not guaranteed; carrier delays can occur during peak periods.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email curatedbypetale@gmail.com.

 

Lost or stuck packages: If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and household members and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help make it right.

 

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute an order once it has shipped.
